We left Jenny and Fred and the heat and humidity of Cairns this morning to catch the 12.45 flight to Brisbane on Qantas which was booked at the last minute to check in to the Sheraton at Noosa a 2 hour drive north of Brisbane.Julia and Jenny made their sad farewells with a promise to keep in touch by e-mail and hopefully to meet up again sometime in the future.
Arrived at Brisbane airport in the pouring rain but it was very warm so not a problem.Heavy traffic up to Noosa and arrived at our hotel about 6.30pm.Easy checkin and a stroll around the local shops/bars before a great seafood buffet at the hotel.Looking forward to a leisurely day tomorrow.
